Welcome to ECAN -

The aims of this website are to:

1. Help people interested in building new or altering their property to understand what’s involved. We explain the processes of preparing a design, getting approvals, getting a contractor, checking the work in progress, right through to completion of a successful project. We also set out the services that we provide, and explain the costs involved.
   
   
2. Provide information about ECAN and its activities to members and to non-members, and to provide a framework for people who wish to join.
